No Return & No Refund
All purchases made through our website are final.
We maintain a No Return and No Refund policy. Once an order has been placed, processed, and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed for dispatch. If cancellation is requested before processing begins, it may be considered at our sole discretion.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Kashmir Organics is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the outer packaging
After verification, we will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.
